Mu888 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document contains the rules and conditions governing use of the mu888 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the mu888 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mu888 platform.
To use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from using online betting services;
- Register one account per person only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
Mu888 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements will be suspended or terminated without further notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
By registering an account with mu888, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and balance freeze.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. mu888 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Account Activity Responsibility
All activity conducted through your account — including betting, deposits, withdrawals, and settings changes — is deemed to have been authorised by you. mu888 is not responsible for any losses arising from sharing your login credentials with others.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform;
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Disrupting platform operations or interfering with other users;
- Transferring an account or balance to a third party.
3. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the mu888 platform are conducted in MYR. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using supported local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. Deposits are processed and credited to your account within the timeframe stated on the deposit page. mu888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of identity verification and compliance checks. mu888 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on membership tier and current platform policy.
Suspected Fraudulent Transactions
Mu888 reserves the right to freeze transactions or accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, unjustified chargebacks, or any attempt to exploit the payment system. Balances in frozen accounts may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Mu888 Liability Limits
Mu888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control.
We strive to keep the platform running smoothly, but mu888 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mu888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user account without prior notice if:
- The user breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspicious or unlawful activity is detected on the account;
- The user provides false registration information;
- The account is found to be involved in fraud or bonus abuse;
- A court order or directive from a relevant authority is received.
Users whose accounts are terminated due to fraudulent activity are not entitled to a refund.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the mu888 platform — including logos, graphic designs, user interface, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of mu888 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
The mu888 platform may display links to or integrate third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and odds providers. mu888 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Mu888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the mu888 platform must first be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is taken.
